Mystic Man Volume 2 Part 3

The last portion of Mystic Man's second year that encompassed a story arc I ended up trying out to see if I could play with the forma and tell an amusing story. The debut of the character "Wreck Rackham" and reinforcement of "Lord Villian" as an antagonist.
